If you discover that the behavior of our employees and subsidiaries is against professional ethics, you may make online report. The behavior includes but not limited to:
1. Faking and injuring the interests of company during operating activities.
2. Disclosing or selling commercial secrets including our business information, technology and others achievements.
3. Abusing one’s power to take others’ or company’s property; Abusing one’s power to use company’s assets for personal use.
4. Bribe-taking in commercial activities including construction, purchase, sale, inviting bids, etc.
5. Undertaking construction and other affairs personally or using company property to conduct operating activities for oneself or others.
6. Abusing financial power to corrupt and cheat.
7. Belly-worship by using corporate fund. Any reception should abide by company policy and standard; Employee should not attend any invitation or entertainment by other companies which is in connection with our business.
8. Doing part-time jobs in other company.
9. Violating other integrity laws or policies defined by the country or the group.
1. The information of informers will be strictly kept confidential.
2. The group will give informers who have made significant contribution 5%-10% cash award according to the amount that has been saved.
3. Any unit or individual should not prevent, suppress and retaliate informers. Once verified this odious behavior, the group will give severe resolution according to the rules.
